The property is located in the outskirts of Lanciano in Contrada Camice, 2km to shops and bar, 4km to the city center. Built in the 1930’s it offers a lot of original character. It feels detached, but it is connected at the back. There are a couple of other families in this small hamlet. Some of the floors have original tiles from the 30’s. The ground floor has 2 entrances, one into the kitchen / lounge and fireplace the other into a secondary kitchen with the stairs (terracotta tiles on the stairs) and access to the basic bathroom. On the ground floor, not connected to the main house via a door, there is a barn / stables. Up internal stairs to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Up internal stairs to the loft that can be converted to bedrooms, or maybe a flat roof terrace to enjoy the open rolling hills view. There is basic wiring which seems functional, and there is a water connection. There is no sewage. The house is badly presented with some cracks that do not seem structural, the ground floor is slightly wavy suggesting the need for reinforcement. The roof seems mainly dry.
