Torino Di Sangro, Abruzzo. Cottage from the 1950s in the town with garden, sea view, 3 bedrooms, 15 mins to the beach. This original condition cottage is in the town of Torino Di Sangro, full of original character and vaulted ceilings. Offering a 300sqm garden with fruit trees, sea view, bread oven and 3 bedrooms, yet 15 minutes to the beach and 1km to the town center. You can drive to the front door with an old brick entrance to the garden. There are 3 external doors, the main door opens to a kitchen with lounge , dining room and barn with outside bathroom and 2 fireplaces with bread oven on the ground floor, so easily converted into a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Up a ladder to the first floor, with a second external entrance, there are 2 bedrooms and a basic bathroom. It would be easy to convert a part of the roof to a sea view terrace.
