Torino di Sangro, Abruzzo. 12,000 sqm of vines and olives to build a villa of 200sqm with sea and mountain views. The land is surrounded by green rolling hills full of vines and olives, on a peaceful hill with a few neighbours, mainly exclusive villas, offering privacy and relaxation. The access road is good, with easy access to utilities. Located 5 minutes drive to the center of town and 20 minutes to the motorway.
Fara San Martino, Abruzzo. 2 bedroom stone house in the old part of this typical mountain town and completely renovated with private patio. This town house is made up of two parts, the main house of 70sqm, and in front of which is a cellar of 30sqm. The main house is completely finished, to a high quality. The front door to the property leads directly into the lounge with fireplace and nicely finished. Some of the stone has been revealed as a decorative effect.
